Alongside his CEO responsibilities at Fyyra, Tuomas focuses on selected projects in the industrial and technology sectors. He has prior experience advising both sellers and buyers across multiple industries.

Earlier roles in business unit leadership and audit give him a solid foundation for handling complex situations, whether the questions concern numbers, strategy, or corporate law.

Juuso focuses on M&A in the industrial and technology sectors. He has a strong background in M&A advisory and a range of finance roles, with experience as advisor on both the sell-side and the buy-side. His particular strengths are industrial M&A and the ICT and SaaS sectors.

Experience from valuing over a hundred SME and mid-market companies, combined with deep sector knowledge, gives him a strong foundation for the work.

At Fyyra, Tommi leads built environment projects and runs them from start to finish. He has particular expertise in private equity-backed transactions and is familiar with how PE investors operate.

Tommi works in a direct and practical way. He keeps the project focused on what matters and makes sure everyone involved knows where things stand.

At Fyyra, Joel focuses on built environment projects, with particular emphasis on renovation and refurbishment construction and smart building technology transactions.

Joel brings hands-on experience in cross-border M&A from his work on post-merger integration in Switzerland. His earlier experience also includes the banking sector.
