How we work
Buy-side project begins by defining, together with the client, what kind of targets fit and how they support the growth strategy in practice. Once the strategy is set, we take ownership of target sourcing and evaluation, and we open discussions with selected companies.
Our role goes beyond sourcing. We bring structure to the entire acquisition process. We help with valuation, synergy assessment, and decision-making before any binding commitment.
On full-scope projects, we also coordinate the due diligence phase and support the commercial discussions.
The goal is a disciplined acquisition process that builds value for the owners, not a series of disconnected ad-hoc moves.
